Include a Resume "Executive Summary"

If you’re looking for a way to spotlight your skills and knowledge on your resume, consider a “Summary of Qualifications” section. (Sometimes also called “Key Skills,” “Qualifications,” “Professional Profile,” or “Key Accomplishments.”) In this section you can showcase your knowledge from all your education and work experiences. You can think of this section as an executive summary of your entire resume.
